Tiancheng Zhixian (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. operates a standardized manufacturing facility spanning 3000 square meters, staffed by a team of 50 professionals across production, R&D, quality control, and technical services. Equipped with two dedicated, fully automated mass-production lines for touchscreens, we have established a closed-loop manufacturing system—handling everything from raw material processing and semi-finished component fabrication to final assembly and testing in-house—to strictly control delivery schedules and product consistency.
The facility is organized according to industry standards for cleanroom operations in the electronics sector and is equipped with a full suite of core processing machinery—including laser, printing, cleaning, laminating, and SCA hot-press machines, alongside a standardized back-end assembly workshop—covering all critical stages of capacitive and resistive touchscreen production.
We implement refined, zone-based management across the facility; equipment sections operate in distinct work areas connected by dedicated material transfer channels. This layout effectively separates front-end precision processing from back-end assembly to prevent cross-contamination and supports simultaneous scheduling for high-volume orders, while flexible customization stations accommodate small-batch, multi-specification ODM/OEM prototyping needs.
